Aluminum profiles quality is a key priority for Realit. We are sure that only a systematic approach and control at all stages of production allow us to produce products that meet the highest customer requirements.
Our company operates on the principle of a full production cycle: from smelting aluminum billets to packaging and shipment of the finished profile. This gives us the opportunity to control each stage of the production cycle.
Our casting line is the backbone of the production process. We control the composition of billets in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documentation and the needs of a particular customer. For control we use modern laboratory equipment, which allows us to check the chemical composition of metal and avoid deviations from the specified parameters.
The manufacturing process control system includes:
– Chemical analysis of the alloy before casting each cylinder.
– During the extrusion process, the profile undergoes continuous visual and geometric inspection, as well as measurement of physical properties.
– The Technical Control Department employs qualified specialists who perform mechanical and chemical tests on samples taken from each batch.
– We check the compliance of products with regulatory documentation: GOST 22233-2021, GOST 8617-81, EN 12020-2 and other standards – depending on customer requirements.
– If necessary, the profile is subjected to additional inspection for internal defects.
Due to thorough quality control, aluminum profiles produced by Realit are stably demanded in construction, architecture, furniture production, ventilation systems and many other industries.
