We produce some of the highest quality extrusion billets, profiles, and aluminium architectural systems thanks to our dedication to ensuring thorough quality control at every production stage, from smelting and extruding to cutting and coating. Our production facilities are located in Obninsk, Russia, which enables fast delivery of our products to all our partners, even on a just-in-time basis.

Aluminium Billets

It all starts in our cast house, where we smelt aluminium ingots into extrusion billets. Once the metal has been smelted and its chemical composition adjusted, it is cast into billet shapes in the casting machine. The billet then undergoes homogenisation treatment, followed by controlled cooling. Lastly, the billets are cut according to the desired measurement and prepared for shipping. We operate modern casting facilities that produce a wide range of high-quality aluminium alloy billets which are engineered to meet specific design requirements.

Our billets are produced using state-of-art casting technology and are subject to strict quality control before delivery. We produce extrusion billets in various alloys, including 1050, 6060, 6063, 6082, and with diameters including 127mm, 152mm, 178mm, and 203mm.

Aluminium extrusion

By consistently improving our production processes, we are fully compliant with the unwaveringly high technical and quality requirements of our international customers. If you require a unique solution, our experienced team of engineers can design a brand-new extrusion specifically for you.

Our production facilities have three extrusion presses (Presezzi Extrusion SRL) with various extrusion forces — 1250, 1800, and 2800 tn. This variety allows our customers the maximum possible flexibility. In addition to that, both vertical and horizontal powder coating lines (Trasmetal) are also available. Our standard alloys are 6060, 6063, 6005(А), 6082, and 1050A, though other alloys can also be made available on request.
